I got a call from Scott today. He seems like a great guy! It matters to me that he cares when they get a poor review.(1 star on Aug 10th) I believe that had we not already gone a different direction, he would’ve tried to make it right. To be fair: they did give us a loaner machine while they were trying to find the hard-to-find parts to repair it, but we struggled with it as well. I would have liked to have seen them act faster to resolve the situation, since our business depends so heavily on printing contracts, and do a better job at communicating when you are unable to meet estimated repair time frames. From the beginning, we struggled with this machine, and it was very disruptive to our business, causing employees, who were already dealing with higher than normal volumes, additional stress. 2 more stars for calling me to see what they could do differently next time.

Scott was AMAZING! Our old workhorse printer died. He could’ve sold us a reconditioned part for almost as much as a new printer. Instead we got two upgraded printers installed for a wonderful price the same day! Scott cares about his customers and works hard to make sure that you are not left hanging. He’s not an IT person, but helped us network our computers so we could get up and running ASAP. In the past, he’s been excellent at cleaning and repairing our aging office equipment. I highly recommend their service!
