Extended Stay Properties

I previously had rated this place 5 stars and that COULDN’T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!!
Things went south with our relationship to JENNIFER KEITH when my boyfriend wanted to switch the card on file to a new card. Simple… Just switching card over. She sent him papers to sign, the normal routine. The first page was about switching the card, he signed. The next pages were about EXTENDING the stay and other normal documents like before when we first signed, he skimmed over and signed. He should have read it because she EXTENDED US ANOTHER MONTH. That’s another TWO THOUSAND DOLLARs. He called immediately after noticing and asked why she extended it another month, she told him there was nothing she could do about it… Even though she owns the friggin place! SHE CONNED US.
But this is the cherry topping. We move out and wait for the deposit. Deposit comes back only 50 $ when it should have been 550 $ We ask why didn’t we receive the full deposit back??? Supposedly because we didn’t wash the towels and bed sheets/​blankets before leaving. Which is bullshit because we did and left them all folded at the end of the bed. We never even used the provided blankets sheets or towels because we had our own so there was no possible way for any stains or anything like that. The other reason is because we didn’t leave the gym key… that we never got!!! She stole another 500 $ from us! But let’s just say we didn’t wash the linens and forgot to leave the gym key, how is that 500!!! That’s how you know it’s just all bullshit and she stole the deposit. 2500 $ total she conned us for! This woman is a true hustler I’ll give her that.
And now this is what made me write this review. When we got this place the card we were using was my boyfriends mothers card. So his mother had previously had some contact with Jennifer before. … After receiving only 50 $ back for the deposit we emailed her numerous times asking why. She NEVER replied. My boyfriends mom emails her one time and gets a response. WHY?! Her card hasn’t been on file for a month, she has no connections to the company anymore but Jennifer chose to only respond to her. She would have ignored us forever but she probably got scared when she saw an email from someone older and wiser? I have no idea. He is 27 so maybe she thought she could steal and con us because we are a young couple? Who knows where this woman’s mind is at thinking it’s okay to con people and steal from them!
They just changed the company name from
Extended stay properties to corporate housing America or something similar… Probably from all the bad reviews.
