After waiting a month they had no shows twice and the next they are available is 3 weeks from today. Horrible experience. Cancelled my order

Worst customer service experience in a LONG time dealing with these jokers. Don’t know if they’re smoking rope or what, but they might as well be. If you have ANYOTHEROPTION than Frontier, go with it. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Once they get a contract signed, they don’t care and don’t want to hear about it. Their record-keeping is non-existent and they only seem to care about getting paid. As an investor I am kind of interested in who will eventually buy these fools.

Frontier Communications is the most difficult company to deal with I have ever encountered. ZERO stars for Frontier. Phone calls to change service, expand service, address billing problems, etc. are put on hold for 30 min to an hour, and maybe, maybe answered, or dropped. My wife’s mother passed away recently and my wife spent a lot of time with relatives back East, dealing with related issues and plain grief. Even though we have unlimited long distance, Frontier wanted to charge us for an extra line, a business phone line. Bizarre. They argued with me for months until they agreed that we were only calling a few numbers back East, this was not a business purpose. They accused us of fraud for months and tried billing me for a second line that was not installed. I’ve left Frontier and even THAT was painful, I spent well over an hour with them to simply end service. Customer service with Frontier is simply miserable, the company is fraudulent. I’ve spent more time on the phone arguing with Frontier or on hold with Frontier than any other party. Now I’m trying to keep from being double-billed by Frontier. Horrible. FTC, why have you not nailed this company?
