I don’t usually go to chain hair salons, but I really needed a haircut bad so I decided to give it a whirl. I have to say, Erica just gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I went in, told her exactly what I had in mind, and she brought my vision to life. I seriously have taken pics from every angle since I got home, because this is how I want my haircut to look next time. Erica, if you read this, you rock! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great Clips is basically a really inexpensive place to get your hair cut, which to me usually means a low quality cut.
Fortunately, there is Danuta, she has been my hair dresser forever. I can’t even remember how long. She is a perfectionist and makes sure that no hair is out of place.
I honestly come here only for her. Always call ahead and see if Danuta is working.

Very disappointed with how poorly I was treated there. Without a doubt Very Worst customer service I have ever encountered. There are so many affordable places to get a haircut. I would go out of my way to patronize another place even though this one is right by my home.
