I got a text from Jersey Subs to fill out a profile for a free sub. But it was difficult. So I went to their location here in Beaverton. Between myself and the manager it took 20 minutes to get the points for the sandwich. I ordered a chicken farm sandwich. Cant find not one thing to say good about this. It was like warm. The chicken portion was about 3 oz. So I took the sandwich hime and baked it. I can tell you, byname is mike and I am from NJ. That sandwich was nothng like they serve in NJ. I want to stay that this review is just for the Beaverton location. Much better in other locations, Hate to give negative reviews.

Do you like sandwiches? Do you like having lunch with two other dudes? If you answered yes to one or both of these questions, you will most likely enjoy Jersey Mike’s. The service is great, and they whip up your sandwich in the perfect amount of time. We neither like our meals prepared too fast or too slow and Jersey M’s hits that happy medium every time. Great variety of hot and cold subs! Which is fantastic for when you are in the mood for a hot sub… or a cold one. They also have a TV that is usually on Sports Center. This is also fantastic because we love to sport. Great atmosphere to enjoy dank subs with two other dudes.

I got the Italian mini sub. It was tasty and 5.95. Super clean place, polite staff and fast service! What’s not to love! The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I’ve actually had some amazing sandwiches before so basically tough competition places this place at a 4!

We walked into this establishment around 4:30 on a Saturday and we were the only customers there — not surprising for the time of day. However, it took a few minutes to get our order placed because the two employees behind the counter were busy doing other things. When we finally placed our order, it still took roughly 10 minutes to get our food. I wasn’t too worried about it, because we both ordered hot sandwiches and I know it takes longer for them to be prepared, but it still seemed to take longer than it should have just for the two sandwich order. The slow food wasn’t even the issue — it was the employees behind the counter. They were both carrying on a rather loud conversation about how one of them keeps getting«talked to» by her manager for«not doing a good job at work». The complaining/loud discussion lasted the entire time when we were sitting there trying to enjoy our food(over 20 minutes). I understand needing to talk/vent to your coworkers, and I understand feeling stressed while at work when you feel like you«can’t do anything right» and«you’re doing the best you can», but there is a time and a place for having those conversations, and it isn’t loudly while working while customers are dining in your establishment. Especially when said conversation includes cussing… Perhaps they didn’t realize that it carried all the way through the restaurant, but they weren’t exactly trying to stay quiet either. I will not be returning to this location and I hope that they talk to their employees about the importance of maintaining a professional demeanor while on the floor.

I discovered Jersey Mike Subs while I was traveling for work, in different other states And me and my coworker fell in love with their sandwiches. The location I have used here in the Portland area is this one, since I started to work in the area some months ago. For most of the time their sandwiches are good. Though… not as good as those I had in other parts of the country. My favorite are the Jersey Shore’s Favorite, with Provolone, ham and capicuolo, and the Jersey Mike’s Famous Philly Cheese Steak. Once I also tried the Chicken Parm, and it was not so good. it was average., the chicken was lukewarm and the bread was drenched with sauce, it was like a soup rather than a sandwich. But the place is pretty clean, and its rarely crowded, the staff is quite friendly and nice., the atmosphere pleasant. However there has been once when the customer service I received was not good, the person taking our order was somewhat rude, I guess it depends on the day and who is there! Also, sometime I noticed the bread can be overcooked and quite dry, and the portion of the filling can be quite light! But for in general food is fresh and good and sandwiches are quite tasty and yummy! I will keep coming back to try new items!

So my first experience with Jersey Mike’s was at a different location… one that was MUCH more busy than this location. I rated the one in Cascade Station 5 stars for quality of food as well as the service level. However, this is a completely different story when I visited this location only 2 days later. This was mid-day on a Saturday… with only 2 people in front of me and a pretty quiet location. So let’s start with the good… Good: Accuracy of my order…100%. Taste of my order… fantastic! The bad: 3 people working in the restaurant…1 slowly cleaning tables in the seating area…1 building the sandwiches…1 at the register. With only 2 people in front of me on a non-busy Saturday around 1pm you’d think things would go relatively smooth. Sadly, it took 15 minutes before I could even order.(If the person at the register isn’t servicing anyone… how about having them take everyone’s order?) The person building the sandwich… was incredibly slow. My total time in this location for take out was about 25 minutes… Yet my total time at Cascade Station 2 days earlier during a BUSY Thur. lunch hour(right at 12:15pm) with 12 people in front of me… I was through the line with an accurate order and through the cash register with my drink filled in less than 10 minutes. While I’d like to say this may have been a «one time» goof up… I went back a week later at 1:15pm with only 1 other person in front of me in line for another take out order. This time 1 person was doing the order taking, sandwich building and register…1 was behind the counter browsing their smartphone and another one was cleaning tables in the seating area. The person doing ALL of the work behind the counter finally had to ask the other employee to come and assist them. After an eye roll from the employee on their smart phone he reluctantly did. Nearly 20 minutes from my time walking in to the store until I walked out… and this time only 1 person was in front of me in line. Come on Beaverton Jersey Mike’s…time to step up. Otherwise it’s not worth the drive for me to go out of my way to come to you for lunch after the bar was set high by your sister location in Cascade Station.

Walked in at 640pm on 1÷28÷16 and no one was behind the counter. Just stood there for almost 5 min and no one came… There was not even one customer in the shop. Management, you may want to ask what your employees what they are doing during this time because they’re nowhere to be found

I love this place and their subs and always have. I used to frequent them in Phoenix and was happy to find them here in the Portland area too. I especially love their chili paste, reminds me of how they make subs back home in Boston. The«Mike’s way» also makes their subs super yummy! On a side note the staff is friendly and its a prime location to stop in.

This sandwich chain is surprisingly good. It could be less expensive and it has some superior competition in some of the place. The one in Beaverton is big, efficient and near light rail. It is a vast menu, with a vast difference in pricing depending on the sandwich, and possibly the different sizes it may come in. I decided to try Jersey Mike’s for the first time. My order was for a regular philly cheesesteak. It was surprisingly not too caloric and it tasted great. It had the crunch and tenderness that one would hope for. Sure, I would rather get it at the cart in Pioneer Square, but this is fine to have in Beaverton. Jersey Mike’s should be available for a reliable lunch.

Tv’s inclusive games. The classic Italian(meat trio) has a good portion of meats even for the small size, only like 5 and a quarter. Free cookie if you mention it is your first time! Always clean. Conveniently located off the Beaverton Max station Light rail.

It’s so good to have Jersey Mike’s here in Oregon. Each time we’ve come to this location we’ve had fantastic customer service, as well as sandwiches made to perfection. The shop is quite clean and the music is always at least decent.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet. Being a New Yorker(and those who read my reviews know it colors all my food choices) I am incredibly snobby about 2 things: pizza and subs. I’m only a little snobby about other food. Subs have been the hardest thing to find here; especially ones that approximate the deliciousness of the Italian subs you find all around NYC. But Jersey Mike’s is far and away my favorite. When I’m looking for a good, NY style sub, I make a beeline for this place. I honestly haven’t tried anything other than the #13 Italian sub, so I can’t speak to any other sandwiches. But if you’re in the mood for a good, ‘ol fashioned Italian sub, look no further.

Being from Philadelphia, I miss my Philly cheesesteaks. The ones here may not be absolutely perfect, but they are pretty close to what I remember and better than anything else I have tried in the area. I can’t speak for their other selections, but I do recommend the cheesesteak! Service can be a little slow, but there are worse things in the world.

I like Jersey Mikes, I get the Italian style sam that has provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo topped with Italian dressing, and it’s damn tasty. This location is large and pretty slow for dinner but busier for lunch. Nice workers and good sams, I’m down with that.

Being another national chain nor did the name set me up with high expectations. But a gal stopped by my work with free coupons and I said what the heck I’ll go try it out. I like the fact they slide the meat in cheese right there in front of you when you place your order. I also ordered my sandwich«Mike’s way» which is the works. I got the roast beef and it was pretty good. There bread was fresh tasting and I dug the corn meal sprinkled on the bottom for texture and taste. The free coupon brought me in. Now I’m a paying customer. Well played Mike, well played.

I’m not a big sandwich eater but this is where I go anytime I want a sandwich. I never thought that fresh sliced meat and cheese would make a difference because how ‘fresh’ could a processed loaf of meat actually taste? Well. It definitely makes a difference, though I still have no clue how or why. They have a particular east coast ordering system that is not familiar to the delicate Portland population so apparently it is rubbing certain reviewers the wrong way. *eye roll* Basically, you order the sub by name and it comes ‘Mike’s Way’ unless you request otherwise. Imagine that! If you want to add or change ingredients, they are perfectly accommodating. So if you can stomach the TRAUMA of not choosing every single item that goes into your work of art in real time, and you’re willing to start with a sandwich template then customize it as needed, then you will surely survive a trip to Jersey Mike’s. You’ll probably enjoy it, too.

Was excited when they first opened. I was not impressed after eating there. Lack of choices and overall restricted feel. I got the meatball sub which was mediocre. Prices are so-so. Kind of pricey but I guess I am used to Subway. Dull restaurant, maybe the sandwiches are better now. When I ordered the sub I was not asked if I wanted anything else on it. It felt like it was their way or no way which is why I wont be back. I like to keep it weird and add things but a plain bland sandwich was the worst thing you can give someone. Maybe poor training? I shouldn’t have to investigate what my options are they should be apparent and provided. The gentleman asked for the sub and«size.» I though at some point I would get a chance for toppings but alas, I got a soaked with marinara sub with okay meatballs.

Pretty good stinkin cheesesteak. I thought it was a little on the wet side. I’m more of a dry man. The large is seriously large. Like, you should probably save some for later large. In fairness it was just their first week open when I went so my order took a really long time. But they were very apologetic and polite. Even offered me a free cookie. Now that I know how big they are, I don’t know if I would stick with my original assessment of being too spendy since you do get a lot in a $ 12 sandwich. I’d come back for sure.

I first encountered Jersey Mike’s Subs when I was in Ohio for work. It was close to our training center & so many of my co-workers have filtered through the doors not only because of location but because of quality. This place makes a good sammich. I was pumped to see JM making it’s way to the West Coast. First time around I re-tried the Original. Just try it. Enough said. Against my usual«order the same thing each and every time» I went with the Club Supreme — Mike’s Way of course — and… NOMNOMNOM. Do note that Mike’s Way has a lot of liquid involved so grab some napkins. Finally, I tried the Chipotle Cheese Steak — a hot sub. Heart attack on bread. But good. It’s kind of pricey but I’d pay that price over Subway all the time, everyday, anyway. My only complaint is sometimes they’re slow. Like, they have to counters but rarely have enough worked to handle the 15 deep line that piles up during lunchtime. C’mon guys!
