Mathew helped us sell our home in Hillsboro. He was very knowledgeable and I believe he helped us get the most out of it that we could. I would highly recommend him, and would use him again.

Matthew was a great real estate agent. We were first-​time homebuyer’s and he held her hand through the entire process. Mathew worked with us to find our perfect home. He was available on the weekdays and weekends and any time of day to answer any questions we had. Matthew was a great person to have on your side-​he was very warm and patient with us and very assertive with others on our behalf. We highly recommend Mathew and would work with him again.

Mathew was just amazing. One of the best parts about working with him was how available he made himself. Any time of day or night that we had questions we were able to reach out and very quickly get a response. He walked us through the offer process, negotiating and was there to help calm nerves during the signing process. If we had to do this all over again, there is no doubt that we would always pick Mathew!
We have several friends that are going to be looking for their dream home in the coming months and we will definitely be sending them to Mathew. There is no doubt that he’ll treat them just as amazingly as he treated us.

Buying a home was stressful and Mathew went out of his way to make us feel at ease, getting us answers to all of our questions. Everything went so smoothly with his help. Even once the sale was complete, he would check on us, see how things were going and even helped me out with finding an electrician and contractor. I really appreciated how kind, generous and helpful he was through out the whole process and ever after.

He walked us thru the entire process, providing accurate value (sold in 4 days), as well as streamlining final negotiations in order for a smooth close. We used Mathew for the sale of our home this past week. From the start, he was a huge help. He helped us decide what needed to be done to present the house for sale in the best light, while minimizing the costs of those fixes. He helped us price the house correctly and react to changing market dynamics. He advertised the house well, and ran quite a number of open houses, both for local agents and buyers. He was timely, efficient, and appropriate in her dealings with offers, and shepherded us and the buyers through the closing process in the same manner. To be honest, this was a very difficult property sale, and Mathew had to deal with a number of issues that were truly beyond the usual domain of the realtor, but these could have derailed the sale and he handled them extremely well. I would highly highly recommend him to other sellers (and to buyers as well).

Our home selling and buying couldn’t have gone more smoothly! Mathew sold our house in 3 days and was able to negotiate a good price and additional amenities for our new house. It was incredibly obvious that he had our best interests in mind and that we could trust him to lead us through this sometimes complicated process.
