Mooses Mobile Mechanic

Where do I start here. The business is owned by Gregg and he knows what he is doing and charges a fair rate but the speed in production is the worst.
We had him do an engine rebuild and he had qouted us 5 weeks for completion. Lol. That never happened at all. Not even close. The job was started in January 2015. He actually pulled the enginge out and left our truck in in our garage. He did this all in one day. I thought «wow this is going to be fast». If only I had a crystal ball. He never finished the job until Tuesday July 14^th 2015 and only because I hired another mechanic to finish the job.
To go backwards just a bit he hardly would never reply to us (my wife and I). Communication was horrible. He just refused to talk wirh us about the progress or give us any ideas on when we would be able to use the truck.
I want to point out that my wife is handicap and this was our only form if transportation other than a really old van that is difficult for her to ride in. We actually through this process had to purchase a new vehicle because we didnt know how long this might take.
Its finished but no Thanks to him. We have dash warning lights on all over the place and his salution is to just drive it that way. Ive included a picture. If you have heard the term the cheap comes out expensive it is so very true.
