Got the high pressure «I don’t want to identify your body on the side of the road because you were too cheap to spend $ 45 on wipers» speech, then a chilly treatment when I only bought middle of the road. #Commission
I guess it’s flattering that the employee offered to part out my car and buy pieces off it … no, not really. Kind of unprofessional and creepy.

I went to O’Reilly’s recently for the first time as I just got a new-​to-​me car and needed some upgrades. The selection was good and prices were really reasonable, but the staff was above and beyond! Jesse really helped us out with recommendations, and Tim helped me with a big smile on his face when I had to come back to charge my battery (not purchased through them) after it died. They have my business for good!
