So far so good. I checked my things in, in 2007, when I was up there. Great prices, friendly service. I signed up for auto pay, so I don’t have to worry about paying on time every month. Just have to worry if my stuff is still there. Haha! I will let you all know when/if I ever make it back to pick up my stuff and let you know if all went well.

Watch your money! I gave them notice in writing and in person that I would be vacating my unit, but told them that I was not sure how long it would take(remodeling a house) and that I may not be out within the month. I was told by the employee behind the counter that would be fine and to just sweep out my unit and come in to the office to sign out whenever I was out. I followed these rules«to the T», and even checked in at the desk again the week prior to moving out to let them know I would be leaving. So, on the day of checkout I swept my unit out and signed out at the office. All seemed pleasant until I received my pro-rated rebate check. The only issue was my rebate check was ~$ 60 short. I was told that since I had given notice too far in arrears that they charged me the 10 days for«not giving adequate notice.» Despite what they had told me, apparently my notice was no longer good. There was never a mention that if my move took me longer than a specified period(not stated) that I would need to furnish an additional notice. When I called and spoke with the manager regarding the issue — it would seemingly be an easy fix — what I got was hostility and the statement that«we didn’t have to send you a rebate check at all.» As if it were some sort of favor to me that they pro-rated the month at all(even less the 10 days they billed me for) — even though I checked out before mid-month. I reminded her that the pro-rate was not in fact a favor, but a refund for a portion of a prepaid month that I did not use. It’s not worth my time or energy to continue pursuing the $ 60, but I do not feel that they did the right thing by their customer. For the record, I was never late or short in any payment to them for my entire rental period.
