I think PIzza Hut pizza is really, really bad. For me, it looks and tastes like frozen pizza you’d buy at the grocery store. That said, I must caveat and say that my 15-​year-​old daughter thinks it’s delicious. But let’s be honest, I’m writing the review so my vote overrides all. I recently and reluctantly went gluten free and I thought what a treat it would be to try gluten-​free pizza. Let’s just say «Never again.»
One night recently, we had pizza delivered for my daughter’s sleepover. I ordered online, so I know I selected correctly. Just a cheese pizza with red sauce. Period. Nothing fancy. What did we get? A cheese pizza with alfredo sauce. I had one sad child that night.
This particular store is take-​out or delivery only. No dine in.

I’ve been a delivery guy, so i have a soft spot for the people that bring us food, however 2 hours for an 8 block journey seems excessive, especially when dominos can do it in 15 minutes. The food is COLD and SOGGY. I normally don’t write reviews, but i need to kill time while my oven preheats.

Terrible service. Called to cancel my order after waiting 1 hour. Web page said 29 minute delivery. When I called to cancel the bimbo asked if I wanted a $ 10.00 credit to my account. I told her only if it would work at Dominoes.
I will never call pizza hut again

So when I ordered online I was told my pizzas would be ready in 13 minutes. When I arrived 15 minutes later, the board said I had 13 minutes and 53 seconds until my order was ready. When I questioned this I was told to order on the phone if I wanted an accurate time. While waiting, though, a man came in who DID order on the phone and was told 15 minutes. When he arrived there was over 15 minutes on wait board for him. The pizza wa Ok, but I will order elsewhere next time.

We live equal distance from a Domino’s and this Pizza Hut. Domino’s delivers to us within 20 minutes, if not less sometimes. Pizza Hut NEVER takes less than an hour. It’s .3 miles away. Ridiculous.

Beware of the new bacon stuffed crust pizza, it is something else!!! The normal stuffed crust pizza is stuffed with just mozzarella cheese, this pizza is stuffed with a bacon flavored cheese paste which is truly nasty. Warning, if you happen to be reheating this pizza, be sure to remove the crust before doing so. The cheese paste turns into something resembling snot and might cause you to throw up if you see it. Their other pizzas are fine, but for your own sakes, steer clear of this one!

Slow at best. Pricing is good, coupons are an easy find. But if you order online, even during the week it takes 20 – 30 minutes more than expected.
