I lived in one of the 4 bedroom townhomes in Corvallis for a year and I was not impressed with the home or the management. If I could go back in time, I would’ve told myself that this place is a trap for college students who have never rented before. Pros: –The bathrooms are nice and have two doors so multiple people can use it at once –Kitchen is great with 2 fridge’s, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and plenty of cabinets –Garbage is paid for by management –Oregon State University is within walking/biking distance –There are 2 parking spaces reserved for each home –Rent is paid completely online through their website Cons: –We’ve had a leaky ceiling since moving in every time it rains, and management told us not to worry about it(that’s easy for someone to say who doesn’t live in it, eh?) –Management leaves paper notices at your front doorstep instead of actually knocking, calling, or emailing you –The bedrooms are tiny for the price you pay –Closets are smaller than average in two of the bedrooms –The fans in the bathrooms are behind a lightbulb, so they don’t work right and accumulate a lot of moisture in the bathrooms –Kitchen does not have a garbage disposal –No air conditioning –No candles are allowed –The yard is not fenced in so there are always random drunks or kids smoking in our backyard
