Unbelievable! Just purchased Apple USB SuperDrive from Simply Mac that my iMac will not see. Called and left voice mail for support and did not receive a call this week so called Beaverton store directly. Young woman was snippy, danced around saying they did not offer phone support; finally asked a tech person who said I could bring in my computer and drive. I explained I am 2 hours drive away and do not relish the idea of loading a large computer and hauling it in when it could be a simple solution or faulty drive. She said that was just the way it was and I «didn’t have to like it». When I asked her name, she said her «name was her name and it was on her name badge which I could see if I came in the store.» Guess that will never happen!

These guys are the best. The other the day was the third time I’ve visited the store & the service is up to par… if not better than an Apple Store. They’re extremely knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy & every product I have purchased has worked great. I much prefer going here over an Apple Store only because it’s less crowded & not as overwhelming. If you need assistance with anything related to an Apple product, this is the place!

Fantastic computer repair experience. Skip the Apple Store, shop where the staff is friendly and patient. Not crowded!

So I called to see about upgrading my Macbook Pro with more RAM and a new battery. The woman I spoke with said the parts were in stock and put them on hold for me. When I got there the parts were there and the staff was friendly and efficient with the installation. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! She also gave me some great advise on starting over with a new user.

Went in with a phone with screen issues. Promptly told they didn’t have the equipment necessary to diagnose the issue to see if they could repair it. Sent to the other store on Multnomah.
If you want to buy a cord or case, visit. If you want a repair, don’t bother.
