Smart guy at smartlab! Jerom was awesome, very patient with my various questions over the phone. My particular problem was really time sensitive and he was able to walk me through each step because I am not technically inclined (though not totally computer illiterate & always learning). He was very knowledgeable and thorough which helped ease my mind to know I hadn’t done the damage I thought I did. Phew! He understood all my questions and explained in a way that I could easily comprehended everything. Since I have other issues too that are not over the phone issues, I will bring my computer to them when I am ready to get some things corrected. I learned a lot tonight, I shall share one little tidbit in case some people don’t know. If you type this into your file search: *.asd, then you will locate files that were auto saved before you were able to save them. Very useful to know.

We have used SmartLab in Beaverton 3 times and have always been very pleased. They do excellent work and the price is very reasonable. In fact, they will diagnose your computer problem for free. My husband and I have both had viruses removed on our computers and have gone in for other issues, too. We will definitely be back next time we have a problem.
