I don’t go to Storable’s as much as I used to. That is only because I don’t move as often. Whenever I move it seems I have some sort of issue around where to put things or how to display them. Storable always seems to have the answer.
Mind you the answer always costs more then it feels it should but there are enough choices that they have something just the right size/​color/​etc.
The staff seems to know their stuff and is always friendly and ready to help. I have found in all of their stores it pays to ask. You can search all day and not find it… The staff knows right where it is.
Of course it is also good post move to just come and look around. You will see solutions to problems that haven’t surfaced in your brain yet.
Right now I am debating a nice black metal shelf to replace the old sagging one I have now… my fault I stopped in to look around!

I liked the old location better, BUT…
They have much more foot traffic in their new location, I assume it makes them more money. The service is not as good as their other location and my husband thought it was BS that you have to ask for boxed inventory, their sign’s do not make that obvious. They need specific signs on item’s which say «if you want this item, contact a representative to fetch it for you». If they had a sign such as that, it would have taken him a hell of a lot less time to get the rack Mama wanted!
He spent the majority of his time looking for boxed inventory, specifically a rolling garment rack, finally someone asked if he needed help and he said he did and they said they had to go in the back to get it.
They need a better process.
