Used their McMinnville service today. Super quick to get out to our property on the afternoon before Thanksgiving (another local plumber wasn’t willing to come out and would have had us wait 3 days…). Not cheap but got the job done. I appreciated that they stuck around to make sure that things were really taken care of (ran the sink, dishwasher, and laundry to make sure the clog was really taken care of…). Thumbs up.

I was very impressed with the level of service I received in hiring West Side Drain to clear out a clogged rain drain on my property. I got an appointment within the same week I called and the person I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable over the phone. When they came out, the problem was identified very quickly and resolved on the first visit. I was careful informed about pricing and at the end of the visit he went over where all my gutter drains connect for future reference. I was very happy with the price and all the work done. I would absolutely recommend this business and would certainly hire them again for any future needs!
