Womack Water Works

They used to be responsive but they don’t follow through on their customer commitments anymore. Gal answering phone is completely unhelpful. I will never use them again as there are many others to use.

We initially needed to restart our irrigation system before we went out of town during the recent heat wave (2015). Womack was not available before we left town, so we used another service, who did not do the black flow test, which we also needed.
We are now sorry that we could not have waited! When Tim Burton came out to do the back flow test, he also worked on our entire system (which the fist person was supposed to do!). Not only was he a pleasant person to spend the time with while he worked on the system (which included a drip system, which the other individual did not even work on), he was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing, including setting the timer/​controllers and showing me how that worked.
For a fair price and an excellent job done, I give Womack, and Tim Burton, my highest rating! Also, I am a retired Realtor after 25 years in the business, and have worked with dozens of contractors, so I know what I am talking about!

I have been using this Backflow testing for about 6 years. Their service is excellent and their price is unbeatable. They will handle all the paper work with the city for you.

When you make a booking, they’ll turn up whenever. Once when I called for sprinkler quote, a guy from this company came 3 weeks later and wondered why I didn’t accept his quote — DAH, the job already started.
Their knowledge of OR back flow standards is similar to kindergarten. I’m surprised they are still in business.
Womack is lucky to get 1 star. Too bad I can’t give 0.25 stars.
