Awful Coffee was brown water– no flavor at all, donuts were stale at 10 am on a Sunday — tasted day old. Threw both cups out. One clerk working with a line of people on a Sunday morning. This franchise needs to step up quality.

my two star review is more for the price difference between this DD and the one three exits up the road. $ 2.80ish for an iced coffee? I could go down the road and spend only $ 2.50. Something about paying almost three dollars really boggles my mind. This is the most expensive DD in the area. I won’t go here unless I need to head north on 100

This place is out in the middle of the boonies but it does not deserve a franchise license. I stopped for a coffee and bagel at 6:30 am on my way to work. I should have known better when the person on the intercom said wait please then took 3 or more minutes. After a long line I got the window and was told that someone ordered 3 boxes of Joe and thus the delay. Then I was sent to the penalty box to wait. I was told to wait for dark roast for at least 5 minutes more. I now had 15 minutes invested. I talked to the manager who offered me two cups of free coffee but they don’t get it. The person ordering 3 boxes of Joe should wait, not the long line of regulars. I will not go back and unless the franchise company can fix the problems, I will move on to WAWA or Starbucks. They know how to run a business, This location sucks! Never again!!!

In the past, I’ve avoided this location whenever possible and would have given it 2 stars… and honestly simply avoided reviewing it. In the past it has been a dark, dingy place with poor service that was accentuated by people who had a loose grasp of the english language at best. And I mean everyone who works there. Add to that the counters were damaged and you couldn’t see behind them… the Dunkin Donuts name only went so far — I preferred the Boyertown location to this one. However… based on my last 3 visits, I am going to review it. This location just underwent a huge renovation. It is now bright, clean(for the time being, anyway), features a nice sized dining area and easy to read up-to-date digital signage. In my past couple of visits, they still have people who have a hard time speaking understandable english, but it seems they are making a bigger effort to speak up and be understood. They used to give me bacon-egg-cheese instead of bacon-cheese or no sugar in my coffee when I asked for it constantly — not anymore. They have been right-on with the orders, repeating them in a way that is more easily understood and the food is hot and fresh. I’m still only giving them three stars because while the service has improved, it is still slow and you still have to make an extra effort to understand what they are saying. I’m not sure if that is something that they can/will improve upon but, so be it. I still prefer the one in Boyertown.

Could barely communicate with the people behind the counter; the accent and lack of thorough knowledge of their own menu. No suggestions were made, I was just stared at until I finally said, «Just give me an iced whatever, no sugar.» — ended up with a giant iced latte, and that’s fine with me since I just wanted to get out of there. Coffee and an iced latte was still $ 6, could have at least gotten what I wanted at Starbucks or Wawa.
