food was decent, poor customer service. honestly this sounds ridiculous and I don’t mean to be offensive or judgmental but it has been a very strong pattern of extremely poor customer service every time my fiancé and I travel through West Virginia. My fiancé drives a truck for a living and I accompany him some of the time when I am available to. each and every time we stop in West Virginia the people just don’t care, they are rude and have no manners /​respect. my fiancé asked if they had coffee (which is nice for the truck drivers out there, they live on that stuff!) a girl came up behind the girl helping us and said «you’re going to have to make more…» and her response was «um no I don’t think so» and and my fiancé kindly and politely said oh that’s okay, don’t worry about it and they just started handing us our things. the couple ladies at the window were all very short, unhelpful, didn’t smile and when my fiancé said thank you so much! they didn’t respond. as if it was too difficult for them to start another pot of coffee. they were disinterested, careless and lazy. so we’re going to make sure from now on that we have enough diesel fuel and our bellies are full before we travel through West Virginia again. service sucks every time. very similar experience at Arby’s and Burger King.

We stopped in on our way to Florida and I was highly disappointed so much we canceled our order and went to qdoba. My wife has a corn and gluten allergy which every other chik fil a takes care of her fine. They have an un marinated grilled nugget that they can grill up and she can have something to eat. This one the assistant manager told us she thought they could do it but had to check with the owner who was working. The owner acted as if that was a major inconvenience and wouldn’t even look us in the eye as she refused to make them for her. Told us we would just have to do the regular grilled nuggets (which contains corn) I don’t like to complain but it boiled down to being lazy. We stopped at another chik fil a in south carolina on the way back a week later and they jumped right on it with a smile. Does customer service mean anything or is it all about the almighty dollar?

Excellent food and service. Never had a problem with anything there at all… very into their community and seems like a good work environment.

This is a relatively new building. It seems to stay busy. It’s generally kept clean, and they send people around to ask if you need anything table-​side.
