Straight trash. Steak was full of fat. Terrible service. No ice cream, it was a little on the trashy side. Never got my drink. $ 12 is not worth that shit real talk. They told me to leave when I pulled out my Vape and blew a cloud

Food was alright, could have tasted a lot better. Many of the food don’t have labels on them or they are labelled wrong.

I know this place is under new management, we went here just after management changed and they had made changes and the food was great the service was great. We went back about a week ago and is gone back down hill.
Tried an oriental chicken it was terrible, the rice was so over cooked you could have drank it with a straw. Tried the skinless bbq chicken, I think they had cooked it a couple days before and reheated it. There was no choice in salad stuff, no fresh veggies? They must have made the mashed potatoes with either buttermilk or sour cream they tasted terrible. Tried the chicken pot pie omg it was soured.
The only thing you could stand to eat was the deserts but you have to get 3 of one thing to get a serving.
We never got a refill not even with water. We had been there just a few minutes when our waitress came and started taking the plates we were eating from away. I was very offended because I feel like she was telling me your fat you should be done. Since she took my plate I went back and got something else then she came back and started to do the same thing again. I paid for this food let me eat it. That’s just being rude.
When we were done the waitress came back and was again rude because we left a very small tip. If you want a better tip don’t be so rude and try refilling what the customer is drinking and wait till they are done eating before you take hold of their plate to take it away.
Food was awful so I just will not go back. Also the parking lot is small and this time they piled the snow in the handicap parking spaces which I need due to a disability. We had to park at the far end of the building and walk up the side walk which was covered in ice.

The food has improved a lot after the updates, it simply could not have been worse. The breakfast bar is good too on weekends. The prices are a lot higher now tho.

Ryan’s recently made some changes, but I’m not sure where. It’s somewhat improved and seems to be simplified. The service was mediocre, the waitress allowing used dishes to stack up on the end of the table and not being diligent about keeping the drinks full. I was glad I didn’t pay for a tip when I paid in advance. I left no tip on the table, either.
The food was OK, and maybe that’s all I should expect. I’ll go back.

Service was not good. I had to find the baby high chairs for our self and server did not check on us enough to see if we needed anything.

Decent for the price but not my preference in dining options. It is a budget buffet for people to eat huge amounts of comfort foods. Desserts seem to be the best part of their offerings and kids love the ice cream and other goodies.

The food is decent at best, I would hope for better quality out of a national chain restaurant. This restaurant is about a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance that the food will be bland and over cooked.
