Don’t ever trust FTD to do a good job with a flower arrangement. I ordered $ 70.00 worth of flowers to be delivered on a Monday for a birthday gift. The flowers were delivered on a Friday, three days early, and the arrangement was horrendous. Looks NOTHING like what should have been picked. Called the local shop and the person on the phone was a COMPLETE jerk. I told him I’d never pick his flower shop for flowers again in the future, and he informed me I didn’t pick them in the first place. Such disrespectful customer service. Always call your local florist and don’t use a website for flowers. They are a joke.

Pretty disappointed in the flowers that I ordered online for my mother for Mothers Day from Snow Thornton Florist in Beckley, WV. Ordering from out of state, & have been disappointed before with the major «online «florists, so decided to try a different route this time. Went online & looked for the name of a local florist in the town I wanted to send flowers. Found Snow Thornton Florist & searched thier online photos until I found a floral arrangement I liked. The arrangement I chose stated it had BRIGHT colored flowers in it. It described purple flowers & even named Gerber Daisy’s and several other flowers in the description of what I was selecting. I chose this specific arrangement because of all the very vivid, very bright colored flowers in it.
The arrangement sent to my mother was NOTHING at all like the description or the photo online!!!
While the arrangement that was delivered WAS very fresh flowers, there was nothing bright or vivid about the colors in this arrangement!!! Most of the flowers in fact were just plain white… or white with just a tinge of a very pale pink here & there!!! And none of the flowers that were listed by NAME in the online description were even in the floral arrangement!!! I understand not always having ALL the flowers on hand that are described online… but seriously, this didn’t look ANYTHING AT ALL like what I had wanted to send!!! I have pictures to prove the flowers i thought i was sending, & the ones that actually arrived looked nothing alike!!! Why go to the bother of listing the flowers by name online, if your not going to even include any of them in the arrangement??? This place just lost me and all my future needs for floral bouquets to my mother in Beckley!!!
