Overpriced. Not organic as advertised. Poorly managed and rude staff. Food was okay if you want to pay with an arm and a leg.

Prepared food is tasty, but overpriced. A breakfast wrap here used to cost $ 3.50, but one day they jacked up the price to $ 7.50.

I’ve only been here once, but, um, Yum! Table Local is deli meets farmers market and though it fits the neighborhood I was more than pleasantly surprised with the prepared foods. The fried chicken looked delicious and did not disappoint. it was tasty and fresh as were the sides of quinoa, salad and cole slaw i had. Fresh, fresh, fresh! The space itself is cute, neighborhood-y with a farmers market flare that makes it very warm and welcoming. Additionally, it’s close proximity to the train makes it great little spot to pop into for a coffee, snack or meal. And while the prices are definitely on the higher end they offer quality food and tasty snacks to grab if you’re in that neck of the woods.

The food is delicious(as is the coffee actually), and it’s a lovely place to hangout and get a bite as a vegan. I do feel it’s a bit too expensive, thus the four instead of five.

Love Table! Just started working up the road at Treat Acne and Peel Center and i come here everyday for lunch! Love all the soups and the salad. They are always good. They also have delicious baked items i love the quinoa cookie and sea salt chocolate chip! Delicious iced tea with agave! Good place to stop for easy prepared foods!

I love table but I feel that they overdue the whole local thing– it seems that very little of their products are actually local. It is over upsetting how expensive it is. But their sandwhiches are soooo good.

I agree with others. The prepared food is excellent. But as a grocery/market, its far too pricey for me.

Locavore’s heaven! It is a year round resource for organic and local food hidden in Bedford Hills village. I love to cook, so I am there at least once a week picking up fresh local milk in a glass container, local farm fresh eggs, fantastic artisanal breads made practically down the road, fresh produce, quality preserves, pasta and grains for my pantry… the list goes on. The meat and cheese selection will satisfy any foodie and I love knowing that the animals live a happy, humane life on a local farm. The staff is very knowledgeable, so don’t be shy with questions. And the kitchen turns out delicious, healthy prepared foods every day. Yuummmm!

Love love love. Amazing egg and cheese sandwich. Makes you feel healthy and gourmet at the same time. Expensive, but TOTALLY worth it. Very clean, very well decorated, great selections of both prepared and shelf items. Mouthwatering.

i have been buying milk at Table local market for more than a year. Taste fresh and delicious. I also shop in grocery area. It is pricy but worth it and feel i am supporting local merchant. i stopped by few times asked for donation for my charity event. Anything would help. We raffle all the donation goods. I am disappointed that after few visited and no one bother to reply to me. i am a big believer to support local merchants. k

A pleasant little market with really wonderful corn and tomatoes in summer. Just a word of caution, however, about take-out food. Today they had left prepared food(pork chops and something that looked like a tomatoe focaccia) on their counter, not refrigerated(it is 88 degrees today), with flies landing on it. One hope that they will cover prepared food. Other than that, it does have delicious and hard-to-get items.

LOVE shopping at Table. Yes, it is pricey but that is expected given it is locally grown organic produce and cheeses. Our new favorite is an amazing grass fed, organic ground beef that makes the absolutely best burgers we’ve ever had — and this is having to cook them ourselves! A great selection of interesting chocolates. Ask someone to help you select some cheeses, the attendants are knowledgeable and will let you try some before making a selection to bring home. Amazing macaroons and scones! Fun and interesting frozen pastas. I haven’t done it yet, but planning to — there is an option to set up a pre-paid account to get a 10% discount(or something)… well worth it!

If you haven’t eaten here yet, or at least walked into the store, you haven’t seen the best produce and food westchester county has to offer quite yet. Everything in the store is sourced from local farms and distributors, and almost everything is organic. From the baked goods to the sandwiches, you’ll find something to satiate your appetite for delicious food thats good for you and the soul. They have the most extensive selection of local cheeses, and the employees are very knowledgeable. They carry incredible charcuterie, and have done some very impressive catering work as well(including the most beautiful cheese and charcuterie boards). The produce is always so fresh, and they have the most interesting plants that come from local heirloom seeds, such as lovage and ramps. You won’t find those at your supermarket. Their milk comes in the classic old style glass milk jug, and their other beverages is stuff you won’t find anywhere else. Good luck finding anything with high fructose corn syrup in their beverage case. Overall its one of the best groceries and prepared foods stores i’ve ever been too and i love everything from the décor, the environment, the location(right next to the bedford hills train station), and their mission.

Table is awesome. Great place. Baked goods are yummy and interesting– a change of pace from normal bakery items. My 4 year old loves the corn bread. Coffee is also good. Have not had much of the prepared food, but it always looks good. The space is small but filled with great product. Happy to support a small business like this. The staff are helpful and friendly, especially the cute college girls.

Over a month has already gone by, and I’ve not written about this place. Shame on me because I really liked this place. I ended up here on one of the most random days I’ve had in a long time. I went up to the area for a job interview, ended up working all day and ended up here in the evening with a friend from college and grad school. Random ;) Needless to say, I wanted something good to eat after such an unpredictable day. My friend stopped by this place because it’s a favorite of her husband’s. She was starving, and I needed dinner too. Table Local Market is a market/café that supports local and regional farmers. They support the sustainable farming movement which has a few objectives: access to fresh and healthy food, improving the environment and, of course, supporting local farmers. These are all great goals. However, the reality is, if the food they have is crap, no one is going to bother. Good for all concerned, their food is not crap. In fact, it’s great. For me it was pretty much love at first sight. Why? They had freshly made polenta squares! That was a dream come true for me, as I’d not had freshly made polenta in awhile. *Over-priced imported polenta in a tube bought in a department store in Seoul, yes. *Polenta in my dreams, yes. However, I’d not had any polenta this good pretty much since before I’d left the USA in 2000. I had a sample of the polenta and ordered a small square. However, they also had a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw, so I ordered that too. The sandwich was great. Of course, since I’d also had polenta, I couldn’t eat it all. I’m someone who usually hates cole slaw. But true to their philosophy, their cole slaw was freshly made with great ingredients and tasted like it too. I’m a cole slaw convert(well, again, a freshly made with great ingredients cole slaw convert.) They have a small table that seats about six people. So my friend and I sat there to eat. They had a few fresh cherries out for people to sample too. Yum, again because I love summer fruit. I give it four stars simply because I didn’t explore their grocery selections or prices. I can’t comment, so I’ll leave that to others to rank. However, their deli counter? Greatness, as was the service. I’m not a local, so this is a place I’ll get to only once in awhile. Also, as not to give the wrong idea, the space is mostly a grocery store/market. The deli and cheese area is next to the register and is fairly small. If you’re nearby or even just passing through Bedford Hills check it out. It’s just across from the Bedford Hills train station and the pulled pork sandwich alone is worth a trek across the street. I’m sure that, once you try it, this place will become a favorite of yours too.
