I live in California and some how stumbled upon these guys. I had a question about my gate and a noise that was coming from the motor. I sent Matt a video to show him what was happening.
He then went into his warehouse and filmed a quick video on how to fix it! It was so cool. Most fence companies in Fresno wanted to charge me $ 100 plus to come service it and Matt showed me how to do it for free!
Talk about out of the box thinking! I may never do business with Tri State Gate but I sure as heck will tell everyone about this experience.
