Over 5 months later and still no apologies or email message back from the owner Ms. Sabrina. SMH.
I had considered giving Brighter Horizons Academy a second chance at business after this incident last March.
Not happening!
I am better off spending my hard earned money with respectable staff at a daycare elsewhere!
