I travel all over the country and I eat at all the bdubs I can find because honestly I love them. This by far is the absolute WORST I’ve ever been to period. Last time I was in town I had bad service but chalked it up to a bad night so I did not give it a review. In town again and the same shitty service. By far the WORST bdubs I’ve been to

Who doesnt like BWW? When i think of game and food, BWW comes first. My husband and i like it. Nice food, good taste. The food is served soon most of the times. The only reason i gave 4 star is sometimes, the wait time for the server is more after getting a table.

I normally like BWW. This one is lame. They are really busy tonight and kitchen is really slow as a result. They do not have their act together. Server is a nice girl but even she is struggling. Bad!

Regularly would always take family to the Bedford, wingstop. Had worst the experience ever put my name on the list waiting for about almost an hour keeping track of people that were ahead of me to be seated was passed over 2 times brought it to the managers attention advise on keeping track of the people that are ahead of me I felt discriminated because I was Hispanic felt very horrible felt belittled not my business didn’t count there once management knew that they made a mistake they was trying to correct it by then it was already too late I was already upset and I was in and appreciate what I was going to be eating yeah nevertheless I left very upset will never eat at that location ever poor management for customer service discrimination all the way around

We just came out of there and the waitress was HORRIBLE! I hope management see this because you need to fire her. I understand that it’s football Sunday but when you’ve only seen her once in 40 minutes she’s obviously the problem. We got seated and she greeted herself and took our drink orders and came back with them and I said we wanted a appetizer and that was all we saw of her for FOURTY minutes. We left because she took too long and we didn’t have time to sit there and order and then wait another 40 minutes. She was the one on 12⁄27 working the area right in front of the bar around 1pm Absolutely horrible. She needs a new job.

This was a popular hangout for myself and my friends, it’s nice to go and sit down, but it’s loud as hell whenever I come here. That’s primarily due to the packed area, but it often feels overcrowded on most nights. Even still, I’ve never met a server that wasn’t friendly and outgoing, and despite the crowded place, they’re always fast on getting the drinks and food out. As my friend Reena says, it’s really a hit or miss here. You can’t go wrong with the beer, and the service is decent enough. It’s a great place to just relax, but if you’re trying to get work done on the computer, it might be a little difficult to focus.

Last night around 9:30 me and two friends went in to have dinner we sat at three different tables just trying to get comfortable and the waitress knowing and seeing all of this didn’t say a word about how many times we moved we thought she was going to tell us to leave or if we moved again that she wanted us to leave. The food was amazing as it always is and every time our drinks got half way she brought us a new one immediately. She was very chill and so laid back/​relaxed and we left her a total of like $ 14 in tips. I will always eat at this BDubs anytime I want wings and a cold drink.

Good food & great place to watch football. Service was not great though: indifferent hostess and long wait time.
We came in on Sunday around 1 with a group of 8 and a toddler. It took 5 minutes for the hostess to greet us even though we were the only ones waiting. I asked for a high chair before she set up our table, but I guess she forgot. Maybe she doesn’t like seating a larger group, but she didn’t smile at us once. This wouldn’t have bothered me if I hadn’t seen her laughing and chatting with the waiters before and after she helped us.
Our food took at least half an hour to come out, and it was partially incorrect. Apparently it was accidentally pushed behind everyone else’s orders. Our waiter was pretty cool and was nice about the wait, but we had to rush through our meal.
I’ve definitely had better BWW experiences.

This place is sooo sloowwww! I ordered the pull pork, didnt eat half of it. I will never eat here again. Its slow, food sucks, people suck… yeah if they had no stars thats what they would have been rated.

I’ve complained about the bartender Rocco many times. The management does not care that he is rude and seems to not like his job every time I’m there. I have no idea how I end up with him every single time. I’m usually quiet and let my friends or family order. I have no desire to go anymore since clearly what I say does not matter. The guy is a complete a$$#olé and he has ruined my experience there. Maybe this BWW just needs a new manager.

Came here with a group at 11:30 and the manager decided that the bar would only serve beer. After they served us a mixed drink when we came in. Seemed like they didn’t want us here and the service was super slow. How disappointing. BBW is such a great place. Second time in and disappointed both times.

Great beer selection, tvs every where you look and really good wings. Service was not bad at the bar either. Really good happy hour prices and super cold beer. We will be back for another happy hour

The Colony, TX
Best wings in the area! The bartender, Rocky, encouraged me to try a couple beers before I ordered. He also ordered a sample of the new wing sauce for me to try before I decided on it. I ended up ordering something else. Great service, great food! I can’t wait to go back with company.

This is probably my favorite BWW location to go to. Despite how full it might be, we tend to go on Friday nights, we always find a place to sit and a place to park. The waitresses and waiters are always nice, friendly and prompt. I’ve never had an issue with someone either not getting my order right or not bringing me a refill.
The food is great. I go here for boneless wings because I love boneless wings. However, I feel that the fries aren’t all that great. I wish they had waffle fries like at a place like Pluckers but you can’t always get everything in life.
If you’re not sure what to get, order what’s called The Sampler. Onion rings, wings, nachos and cheese sticks for about $ 12. Trust me, you’ll be stuffed.

I see that this place gets some bad reviews… and they all seem to be from women who clearly do not grasp the concept of BWW. The TV’s, noise and delicious but bad for you wings are the entire concept. Complaining that this is a typical sports bar or too «chain-​ish» is pretty funny, that is exactly what they are attempting. BWW is the place to come to for good wings without breasts in your face. It is family friendly, but let’s face it, their target market is males age 21 – 60. Loads of TV’s with sports playing on them all. No Oprah or CNN here. Wings come out hot, fast and in generous sizing. Clearly these are not organic chickens. Maybe the chickens have 4 wings and 6 legs each… I’m not going to think about that too much because they are delicious. Drinks are cold and refilled quickly at this location. Severs were quick, friendly and efficient. So, yeah this isn’t the latest gourmet, farm to table experience folks. But it’s damn good wings in a man-​friendly environment.

I ve been here a couple times with a friend of mine and I just don’t see what all the freaking hype is about. This place is just your typical sports bar, loud volume with a bunch of tv s everywhere. If your into that kind of atmosphere then its all good.
The staff seems kind of out there, not very personable, just kind of «there» because it’s a job. They have a heck of a selection on wings if you’re into the wing thang, but other than that everything else is just blaaaaaa.
The location of this restaurant is kind of a pain to get into now to with all the construction around, sucks for them.

Came in for a surprise birthday party and it was clear they didn’t know how to handle larger groups of people. Service was mediocre to poor and the food wasn’t anything to write home about. I ordered some boneless wings and wow they were small… if you are hungry you’ll need to get like 15! I made the mistake of ordering the mushrooms that had some garlic something… ewww disgusting. I love garlic… but ewww
If i had any choice at all I wouldn’t return here again. Oh wait… I do have a choice.

This place is always packed when we go. The service here is always a hit or miss. I love going here with friends and catching up. I love the naked tenders here with the desert heat season. It has the perfect amount of spiciness and kick to it. If you’re really in the mood for some queso, its pretty good here. I do love the boneless wings here. My favorite flavors are buffalo seasoning, honey BBQ, and chipotle BBQ seasoning.
Location is perfect as it is right off the highway just ignore all the construction around it LOL.
