I don’t eat pizza much but I see their del cars drive around all the time and I was hungry yesterday and thought about them. I decided to give them a try. I went online and looked at their deals. I ended up getting a pizza with two toppings a salad and cheese sticks. The total with tax and delivery charge which is 1.00 higher then other places for some reason? came up a little over 30 dollars. Which that was under one of their meal deals. Not much of a deal if you ask me. They quoted me about 45 minutes on delivery which the guy was actually a few minutes early. Now on to the food. the food it’s self was to me just
wasn’t bad or anything but it wasn’t nothing to write home about. Especially considering the price of it. Would I go back again? probably not considering the price. Ill just go somewhere else that is just as good and a little cheaper.

Being from Michigan I was overjoyed when I found that they had Detroit style pizza in Texas, but I am not overly excited about the quality of this location. Maybe it is because I got it delivered, but in both instances, my food was delivered cold. I may try ordering a carry out just to see if I can get that Detroit fix, but so far I am sadly disappointed.

Ordered delivery for the first time. Guy who answered seemed upset. Quoted 45 minutes. No problem, it’s Friday night. Pizza showed up in 45 minutes as quoted. Girl who delivered was very friendly. Pizza was hot. Drinks were cold. Ordered the NY style pizza. It’s was good. I will order again.

ALL the kids that work in there, are dress in the attire they want to be. Everyone is wearing street clothes and it looks unprofessional. Majority of the kids are standing around… The girls should have their hair up, not down when making the pizza…

Highly disappointed in this restaurant. Big fan of Jets Pizza. When done correctly, the pizza is among the best in chain pizza restaurants. The pizza I got here didn’t taste right at all. I’m pretty sure it was the cheese. It tasted very low quality. Reminded me of the cheese that came on school lunch pizza. Maybe they had a bad night, but I’m not sure I’ll give them a second look.

Love the food … But hate going there to order takeout. No matter who seems to be taking orders they always get it wrong even when they repeat it back to you before they put it in to be made. Seems like it’s a bunch of kids who really don’t give a damn.

Turbo Crust is amazing. When I used to live in Bedford I would eat here all the time. Unfortunately I’m out of range now so I have to carry out. Pizza is literally amazing and keeps well for days. If you have a toaster over it’s just as good as when you took it home. Wings are also pretty good, hot is HOT tho but mild has a lot of flavor to it which is a plus. Lemon pepper is ok. All in all, although kind of expensive for my favorite (8 corner pizza is a godsend), a great pizza place. Would definitely recommend.

Place is legit. Their deep dish pizza is so good. Best I’ve had here.
Driver was nice and showed up 5 – 10 minutes before I was told, which is great! I was hungry.
I had ordered ranch and it was forgotten but I didn’t want to fuss about it.
Not even 5 minutes later, a knock on the door and it was another jets driver with my ranch. How rad is that?! No pizza delivery place has ever done that for me before.
I ordered it online which was easy.
Fives stars, I’ll be ordering from here again.

This was a great place for my friends and family to get great pizza delivered but this is the final stretch. They continue to mess up my BLT pizza and the guy who answers the phone now doesn’t sound like he has a education. When this company messed up on the past they would fix it free of charge but that changed!!! I doubt they can fix how I feel about their customer service.

I don’t typically write too many reviews of chains (I feel like if you try one you’ve pretty much tried em all), but I hadn’t heard of Jets before they moved to the area. My husband is from Michigan so he was really familiar with em and was excited to have one near us. He insisted we get the square pizza, which has since become one of our go to slacker/​order-​in dinners.
The «deep dish» pizza is not your typical Chicago-​style cheese and sauce filled bowl of goodness, but instead a really thick crust with standard toppings. If you are the kind of person that starts with the crust of pizza, you’ll love it.
Cheap for delivery (somewhere between papa johns and i fratelli), hot, and pretty darn good.

No… no…no…never again will I waste my money on this place. I thought I was getting a good New York style pizza, instead I got garbage. I truly felt like it wasn’t cooked completely and the pepperoni was rubber. My family threw away an entire pizza because it was gross. I’d rather starve then spend my money here.

Great pizza at a good price. I eat here every friday for thr 5 $ combo really is an amazing way to finish off my work week. leftovers reheat amazingly but it is just as good straight out of the fridge.

I had eaten from this chain at a friend’s in Ft Worth and always wished there’d be one closer. I was very excited when I saw one had opened. I ordered and must say that I was not pleased at all. I repeated my order from so long ago, the pizza that is pretty much all corners. It really was not good. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh to me and it was supremely greasy. I won’t order from here again at all.
The plus, the ranch is really good and they give quite a bit with a delivery order.

My roommate ordered Two hours ago and when he called to check on his order they said the order «never came through» even though he had an order number and confirmation number and it had already come out of his account. We got the manager on the phone and she literally knew nothing about the system or how any of it worked and anytime I asked a question she didn’t have an answer. My roommate works for a computer/​web based company and every time she tried to answer he knew she was lying. She offered no help and said that we would have yo wait til the next day to get an answer. So when she finally offered to fill our order she told us it would be another hour for a total of 3 hours now to finally get our food. Horrible service for par to sub par food. Probably won’t be ordering again. Gave them a second chance and now we regret it. Thanks for ruining the jets name.

Jets Pizza might be the best chain in this area. Pizza delivered hot and quick. The Turbo crust is awesome. Thin crust is very underrated. Love the thick as well! Do yourself a favor and try it. 2 liter Pepsi was cold like that as well, prices very competitive for the fresh ingredients they use are top notch.

Overall I would rate a very low three, seems the prices are close to Marco’s which is high but Marco’s wins hands down.
The pizza by the slice only comes in thick crust.
I thought the sauce was too sweet, they had no parm. And as far as I’m concerned only one person in five there knew anything, they just weren’t ready for opening.
Overall low three though due to taste which I compare a little higher than little ceasar’s.
