Johnson & Collins Orthodontics

Johnson and Collins are top notch! From getting my initial x-​rays with Tera to my consultation with Priscilla and Dr. Collins, the staff was just great. They were all very knowledgable and their customer service just great. I had my braces put on ⁷⁄₃₀ and while I was nervous, the ortho assistant Shayne kept me laughing throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

My child went in for an adjustment to his braces at Johnson and Collins Orthodontists. While watching his treatment which takes place in the same area with other patients, I watched as one of the orthodontists moved from patient to patient, examining them with his hands in their mouths. I was appalled to observe that, although he changed his gloves, he never stopped to wash or sanitize his hands between patients. Then the other orthodontist came in the area and saw a few patients. He only washed his hands after finishing with the last one. I then asked the hygienist, «Don’t the doctors need to wash their hands between patients?» She replied, «Oh, they do sometimes… usually.»

I have never ever written a Unilocal! review until now because I am amazed at the customer service that the office of Dr. Johnson and Collins provides. My 9-​year-​old daughter was referred to Dr. Johnson and Collins by our DDS and, while wary about starting braces so young, I was immediately put at ease in their office. Tera is our go-​to right now while we are setting up appointments for my 9-year-old’s expanders. She is the kindest, most thoughtful person and the level of customer service that she has provided me EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to make an appointment is unheard of in this day and age. She remembered that I am a teacher and she always accommodates us. I have nothing but nice things to say about Natalie in the Southlake office or even the doctors themselves. Seriously. If you’re looking for an orthodontist in this area, Dr. Johnson and Collins is the place to go!

I just love this place! I got my wires off in 2011 and pulled out my retainer on accident and they got me right in and fixed me all up! Natalie is my go to girl ! She is just so sweet and professional.
