This is a decent place for the price. Convenient location for me. However I would recommend looking elsewhere. They force you to pay for trash fees and other random things. The trash valet doesn’t even come pick up the trash. There is no telling as a new person if these services are going to be met, but in reality they are not.

Bedford, TX
Poor staff service. They «change rules» and accepted payments, then tack on service fees for no reason, threaten with eviction notices, and all around just poor service. The front office will literally just sit there and sigh while you attempt to reason with them over every matter you may have. If you like to be charged service fees randomly every month, this is the apartment for you. Ridiculous. I do not recommend anyone to live here.
