Can’t understand the employees, very dirty, super slow. I once called to see if I can just place an order to pick it up to avoid all of that and you would have thought I asked the young lady to recite the preamble of the constitution: D I use the location on Harwood.

Wow $ 22.00 for a bucket of chicken, that had legs in it the size of a woman’s index finger. I was shocked. Y’all need to ditch that big old bucket cuz that’s just a waste of paper. I realize we live in a downsizing world but wow! Used to get 6 biscuits now 4 bout the size of an Oreo which is smaller also js. I work hard for my money cuz I too work retail, once again another place I won’t waste my money at. Restaurant is dirty, needs a deep clean for sure. On a positive note Clyde was super friendly & took the time to tell me that they were making fresh biscuits that’s why I was waiting so long. In all reality if I was the owner I would be embarrassed to own this food establishment. Won’t go back. Keep up the good work Clyde they sure need you!

Stopped by here for lunch, only 2 cars on the lot. The restaurant was very dirty, not from dirty tables/trash; but dirty floors/tile, walls, counters, windows, drink machine… I could go on, you get the point. I left before ordering anything. If the dining and guest view is this dirty, I would hate to see the kitchen.

I know, I know, it’s just fast food. Sadly, there is never anything fast about this place. Every time I have been you wind up waiting in line for 15 – 20 minutes for a simple combo meal. And of the 4 times I have been through the drive through, 3 times they either got something wrong or missed an item. The staff seems to not realize you can SEE them as they wander around, pick their nose, and just talk to each other while you are waiting. If you are craving Taco Bell or KFC… go to another location. This one is really, really bad.
