Been using this practice for several years, even back when it was Dr. Wolf’s office. It’s a very basic «family» dentist office. Prices are reasonable, and they’ve never tried to nickel and dime me for unnecessary services like other places I’ve tried.
Problems: The secret must be out because it takes weeks to get scheduled for a basic cleaning, so unless you are already scheduled from a previous visit, be prepared to wait a while.
Also, they lose a star because of the nepotism within the office. Dr Kleven, and the regular office staff are very friendly and patient. However, I think the older woman that works at reception, is her mother and she nothing but grouchy and does not seem bothered by losing customers. This is not just a reaction from myself, but from friends that I’ve referred, who have all but moved on. Take a hint Dr Kleven, and trim the fat or lose business.
