Dr. Kreider is not exactly a warm-fuzzy physician, but she is extremely thorough. She is an Internal Medicine specialist and pays particular attention to life issues: blood pressure, heart, lungs, cholesterol, weight, etc. She’s not necessarily the person to see when you have a sinus infection, upper respiratory infection, the flu, or a simple rash. For these things I go to a stand-alone clinic like Care Now. She’s too hard to get in to see for something that requires immediate attention, but she’s great if you have a chronic condition or as I said a life issue. She is fanatical about being on time. She sees you on time and expects you to be on time. This is most rare in a physician. As I said, she’s all business and does NOT have a warm-fuzzy bedside manner, but I’d rather have someone like that who knows her stuff and isn’t afraid to follow-through on things, and get to the bottom of an issue. Their office is next door to the hospital and convenient for tests, etc. It’s part of a very large group practice with offices all over north Texas. I’ve used her for about 10 years and have no complaints. I recommend her if you’re looking for a serious physician.

Dr. Kreider is awesome. She takes all the time you need with her, you do not feel rushed. She will refer you to a specialist if she feels that your problem needs that kind of attention. Dr. Kreider does run a tight ship… you are told when you make your first appointment NOT to be late. This makes for a very efficient office. I don’t think I have ever been there longer than an hour. There is no more than a 2 – 4 minute wait in the waiting room or the room you see her in. There are many doctors in the practice, so there ARE lots of people in the waiting room, but I can guarantee you they are not Dr. Kreider’s patients! I am someone with lots of chronic medical problems and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kreider.
