This place feels like it’s run by zombies. The personnel act like they work at the DM. There is no clear communication and the pace of their staff is slow as molasses. When I arrived there were only two people in the waiting room. It ended up taking an hour to be seen only to be told by the surly nurse that I needed the doctor to fax my paperwork to them or they couldn’t draw blood. There is no sign indicating that people with appointments get seen prior to walk-​ins. There is also no signage letting you know that they cannot draw your blood without the doctors papers being faxed over there.
Unless you have an appointment time do not go there.
