I love pandas but this location is below average. Workers talking Spanish really loud when their next to each other I could hear them while eating. I think the atmosphere was just not mesmerizing. The food was not as fresh, they serve very small portions and the food taste like imitation chinese. I had better Panda Express at other locations but this location I would never go again!

Their food is always fresh tasting, but when you have to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through EVERY TIME, it better be.
They are supposed to be fast food, I could sit down at a restaurant for how long it takes to get food here.

Wanted a simple fast food meal. Apparently that is too much to ask of this Panda Express staff. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a simple 2 entrée plate. Do not go here unless you want them to ruin your day. I complained to the drive thru lady and she responded «the cook just isn’t making any food» —- UNBELIEVABLE HAHA CMON PANDA…

Went here last night to get a quick bite to eat. Needless to say it wasn’t very quick. This particular location never has fresh entrée s out. Everything looks old and luke warm to cold.
Fast foward 12 hours and I can’t stop shitting. I m guessing I got a «bug». This location is hit or miss, but I won’t be frequenting this place anytime soon.
Make sure your food is cooked fresh, if you have to wait an extra 5 minutes to insure it’s fresh and cooked, I would advise it. They normally offer a complimentary soft drink for the wait. It’s worth it imo so you don’t get food poisoning :/

These people are awesome! They happily made our food fresh and were super customer oriented the entire time. Beyonca was the best! We frequent Pandas around the metroplex and this was our best experience with employees.

Terribleeeee. They always forget to give you your drink. They run out of their meats or are «making them» every single time you go to order. The quality of the food is terrible, the chow mein is crunchy and the rice is stale. Bad location, go to the one off 26.

As far as quality goes a Panda Express is a Panda Express. That being said, it’s astonishing to me how every time I have been to this particular location they always figure out a way to be out of food?! I’m not talking about some obscure menu item, I’m referring to fried rice or orange chicken. If you intend on getting some of your favorite dishes at this location forget it! Between the hours of 5 – 7, they’re out.

It’s either a hit or miss. If you come here before 6 the food is fresh and delicious. After that time they don’t make fresh food as often. They also start closing an hour and a half. It’s upsetting, I understand if they stop making the food 30 minutes before closing time maybe an hour if they are slow, but an hour and a half is not acceptable. The food after 7 – 730 is definitely not fresh and sometimes the rice is cold. I do recommend coming here before 6pm.

Went through the drive through.
1^st Glad the person reiterated my order because it would have been wrong.
2^nd I decided when I got to the window to get rangoons added to my order. no problem. she added it. I paid.
3^rd got home. NO RANGOONS!!! I was very irritated.
4^th called number on receipt twice. rang about 20 times NO ANSWER. Called a 3^rd time and the server answered.
5^th I asked for manager. she was tied up. I explained issue to the server and she said come in next time and get a free replacement meal. show receipt.
I like the food but the service needs work.
I like their walnut shrimp and spicy chicken with white rice.

Fresh sweet fire chicken and Beijing beef. Chicken egg rolls not flavorful enough and cream cheese rangoons just right with no crab inside. Chow mein is extra but with two sides, two side items only eleven bucks. Fine with me.

What can one say about the panda? Its bad Chinese food but edible. It’s fast and you can get in and out pretty much anytime. Is the staff friendly? Highschool kids that have been told to be friendly and push the current day special.
Panda is no place for a gourmet but will do anytime for lunch.

I’ve gone here about two times, yeah the prices are decent and its convenient because there’s a drive thru and usually never a line. But the food is mediocre at best, two times I’ve ordered food I made sure to get different things and each time it was bad. I couldn’t even finish it, a Lean Cuisine frozen chinese meal would be better and cheaper.

Pretty decent atmosphere. I usually go early in the mornings to have lunch, there crew isn’t very friendly in the mornings but, then again who is? Orders usually come out pretty snappy and accurate. Overall I’d go back.

Great quick meal with lots of choices as long as they’re asian, good price, large portions, open till 10 and 10;30 on the weekends.
