Great sales job! Director is awesome. The rest of the staff, not so much. The food is terrible and expensive. The patio homes are poorly constructed– no insulation, cheap A/​C units so utilities are very expensive. The «Free» Cable is so bad you can’t see what’s on the TV so you have to install Satelite or Upgrade. Water is expensive, a base of $ 60/​month. They will charge you for carpet indentations from furniture and cleaning fee.
There are a lot better and cheaper retirement communities out there
