I Love Living here! The Staff is WONDERFUL AND CHEEFUL! I was in New Mexico and Applied for residence here and it went extremely smooth! I wass sent at least a dozen pictures of the apt that was available! I Was sold! This is a very quite and pleasant complex. I feel very safe here and comfortable. Maintance is speedy and the men are so well skilled! Everyone that works here always is smiling and very acommadating! When I arrived after a 7 hour drive with my pets Tammy helped me with my hadicapped parrot from my truck to my new CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL APT! I feel so at home here. The residents here are very nice too. Quiet, Peaceful and All who live here seem very content. THANK YOU!!! Terri

I have lived here with my fiancé for a year now. The truth is, it has not been the easiest with our first apartment. But, with pecan creek management, they kicked our butts and helped us along the way. Not only are they your landlords they are kinda like mentors for us young adults. It is a very good price and area that has been in the dumps before. They have taken this complex from the low to now the top. The maintence is very nice as well as the pools here are kept very clean. Everyone here is friendly. (: if your looking for a fresh start or your first apartment this would be the place!

We just moved into Pecan Creek the end of August. Here is a few examples of how good the office and maintenance personnel are. Just had a few items on the move in sheet that needed repaired, turn it in on a Sunday had a holiday and they where there that Tuesday morning. A couple weeks later the ac was dripping called and they were there in 15 minutes.
I’m very happy with our decision to move here. We have friendly neighbors.
