This place is not ADA compliant. On second floor stairs only. Sidewalks around the building have big holes in them. Only one wheelchair accessible ramp in the middle of the parking lot.

I am from out of town and made an appointment at Preference styling based off reviews… Carole was SO sweet and informative as she took extra care and time with me. She explained every detail as she cut and colored and made sure to do exactly what I asked for. We had such great conversation and she made me feel right at home. She spent over 2 hours doing my hair and it came out beyond perfect! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and I have never had someone be so spot on with perfecting what I ask for. She also wrote down everything she used and how she cut for any future stylist as I travel and move a lot and she wanted me to be able to have the same satisfaction else where. I HIGHLY recommend the salon and her to anyone! I paid less than I expected to pay for the time and products she had to use. It was $ 200.00 for a full cut and full color with toner and styling and blow dry total. That usually costs me closer to $ 300.00 and up for the amount of hair and length that I have.

Preference Is located on Rt 101 in Bedford NH. It is on the 2^nd floor of the building just above Pizza Bella.
The Facility is clean, modern and very nice! The staff is very friendly especially Stacey! She’s awesome!
I see Kristen for eyebrow waxing, manicures and Pedicures. I have seen many people for the services in my life and I will say she is by far the best!
She is very personable and friendly as well as professional and highly skilled at all she does! She has an excellent eye for style and design!

The absolute best salon I’ve ever been to the staff are incredibly nice I prefer Paula because she’s incredibly talented and nice the salon is very nice inside and is very high class. Once you go to this place you’ll never want to get your hair done anywhere else. The salon is for all types of people, and they do children’s hair as well. This salon is just the best!!!
