We were in the market for a bathroom remodel. We found his website online and the work seemed to be high quality and he had no complaints at the Better Business Bureau. The website requires you to leave your info and they will contact you. The phone number they provide is to leave your message, you can’t actually talk to a human. After some back and forth by email I was able to make one appointment but the guy realized a day later that he had double booked for that day and asked me to reschedule. Ok, I did. The second scheduled appointment time came and went and no one showed or called. I thought maybe he had the wrong time, so I waited another hour. About 75 minutes after our appointed time, I got a phone call that started«Hello, Mr. X, I know we had an appointment earlier this morning but…» He said he was not making excuses but then proceeded to make excuses. If you KNOW you are not going to make an appointment, wouldn’t it be proper to call before the appointment or even at the agreed upon time? Is there no consideration for others? Or should I consider myself lucky that he called at all? He asked if I wanted to reschedule for another time, and I declined. Getting a contractor let alone one who treats your time with respect is really, really difficult.
