Do not rent here!!! I have made two trips so far to this storage today with my movers and rental truck and the gate code is not working. I have tried calling the manager and have not received a call back in the past 3 hours. I then called the reservation desk who informed me that they called the manager who screens her calls and she may call back in 15 – 20 mins. However if she does not call back today he cannot help me any further. I hate leaving negative reviews but this is just beyond outrageous! I had to pay extra for my movers and they still had to leave because the wait time was running into their other job. Just can’t imagine such unprofessional service!
