Staples the Office Superstore

Great customer service. I drive an extra five minutes to go to this location over the Manchester location. They handle everything from supplies to custom ordered printing. For a box store this place is top notch.

Worst service ever. Not only are they not knowledgeable but they’re actually rude. The prices are high for this terrible service I will never go back there ever again I will be ordering on my office supplies online from now on in the store will eventually close.

I was sent here from the Manchester store because they were out of stock on a sale price item. The manager refused to sell me the item at the advertised price and seemed generally uninterested in helping. Instead I had to drive back to Manchester, order the item and wait two days for it to arrive…

Horrible service. I stopped by to print some invitations and a guy was helping me. I needed 20 so he helped me print it. Then when it was printed put, that guy didn’t even take a look. There were mistakes EVERYWHERE! He promised us to fold it and he was like «I don’t have time» Like what the hell!

1. Extremely overpriced. I found the backpack I was looking for here for $ 90, but it was $ 60 and $ 50 at 2 nearby stores.
2. I went in to look for a keyboard and 3 sales people ignored me and my request for help while they clustered around one person who was trying to decide on which computer to buy. I told the manager I was very unhappy with the service, but received no response.
3. Then, when I went a third time to look at computers. Two salespeople immediately approached me. While I was trying to read the descriptions about processors and processing speed, screen resolution, graphics cards, RAM and hard drive space, the salesman told me that I should be trying to choose a computer based on how the keyboard feels! What? It was so patronizing and ridiculous, I had to turn around and leave the store.
