I only gave this one star because I couldn’t give it 0. I’ve been waiting in the drive thru pharmacy for 20 min on a Sunday night and the lady had the nerve to tell me if I didn’t want to wait I could come inside. She was busy attending to someone who decided to come inside after I had been waiting at the window. I’d rather wait a day to fill a prescription then ever come back to this Walgreens.

Go to the CVS just down the street at Harwood and Central. This is the worst pharmacy and pharmacy staff I’ve ever dealt with. They consistently send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, and today did it. I went in to pick up a prescription that I physically brought the hard copy of to get filled and they lost it. Even lost the hard copy! The girl at the window asked me 3 times if I was sure I dropped it off at that location. Yes, I’m not an idiot and I know where I dropped off my prescription. Up until today this is the only pharmacy we used. You lose my prescription and then question me? Yeah, I’m done. Don’t waste your time with this location. It’s more headache than you want. Absolutely the worst.

Fabulous drive through service! Drew was awesome and took time to help me get my medicine cost lower with my horrible insurance. Thanks for great customer service especially when a person feels like crap!

Ahhh when you’re in need of a prescription to be filled and its late, this is the place to go! This location is opened 24 hours including the pharmacy! Score! We came in at 9:30 pm one night and waited 20 minutes to get our meds! Very convenient for those that get off work late!
