NEVER EVER GET MEAT FROM THIS WAL-​MART. The meat quality is pretty horrible. HOWEVER, with that said. the vegetables and fruit at this location are pretty amazing. The place is very crowded and the parking lot is mostly full. If you have the patience to wait through the crowds, and wait 10 minutes in line, the vegetables and such are worth the wait if you don’t want to travel further.

have to continue here because its next to my house. This store is constantly out of standard groceries or household products. I don’t know how, because no matter what time you shop here 7am, 12 noon, 3pm, 9pm, 11pm, or 4am, aisle after aisle is being blocked by stockers, who have no concern that your trying to shop.

Let me confirm what has already been said about this store. This store has become crowded like never before. There are long lines even in self check out where half of the machines at times don’t work and the helper ignores you when you want help. Further they keep rearranging sections in store moving products around so it gets confusing. When you want help there is no one. When you decide to return what you bought expect long lines and customer service which does not know what it is doing. They are quite rude too so expect them to talk back at you when you ask a question. Do you want to be treated like this?
Recently the store seems to have been overtaken by people from Nepal who are being hired by 1 Nepali assistant manager whose name is Anil. These Nepali speak broken English are are pretty much useless when you want help in locating a product.
Now the interesting part. This assistant manager Anil is pretending to be from India. Yes that is true and so are the Nepali he has hired. He has made up a cock and bull story when you ask where he is from which is exactly like this — he is punjabi, father was in railways in different part of India so he cannot speak that Indian language!. He is smooth liar with a smile on his face. Don’t be deceived. He has hired lots of Nepali and they and him are telling anyone that they are from India. They are deceiving people telling them they are Indians when in fact they are Nepali.

This store made a pretty good comeback for a short while during/​after renovation… Now it’s back to the standard Walmart atmosphere. Like shopping in a 3^rd world country!
Long LONG lines… even in the self checkout. Went shopping at 7pm on a Wednesday — 3 check out lanes open and self check out. The pic below shows the sefl checkout, which wound past the jewelry section. I counted at least 12+ people waiting in the lines at the regular checkouts.
I would give it ZERO stars if I could…

So this is my nearby Walmart that I go to weekly. The reasons I go are for convenience that everything is there, the prices are typically the lowest if not fair, and it’s close by.
But we all know why we go to Walmart. It’s because we go there to buy what we need cheap. So I’ll go ahead and point out the main benefits of this Walmart. You’re probably going to get the lowest price here, they redeem other coupons as discounts (I personally don’t do this), and it’s a one stop shopping part. All of these factors encourage us to shop here.
Now the bad parts, it’s WAAAAY too crowded. They need a bigger parking lot or maybe even a parking garage. Good luck shopping here on a weekday after 4PM or a weekend afternoon. And some other advice, don’t follow the traffic in. Drive in front of the gas station so that you won’t be slowed down by someone hunting for a parking spot in front of you.
Other than that, everything else is typical. Employees are so-​so, a large variety of attitudes and professionalism. You can pretty much find everything in their store in the general areas. And there are plenty of cash registers so you’ll eventually get through.

This location is clearly poorly managed staff standing around, not know the location of products and failing to support the customer. After a number of frustrating misdirected attempts to the wrong location, we ultimately left without a single item.
As family from out of town was here we searched for fun Texas based items. They said they had them, they told us they did they even knew where they were, and yet they nor we could locate them in the store.

I bought a carpet for 22 bucks the price mistakingly was 49 bucks. I’ve been over charged 27 bucks. I returned the carpet and got the money back, I asked to purchase the carpet for the right price. I took videos and pictures .
They have large piles of carpets for 21.97
I have a proof for it
The manager didn’t wanna help me out. I don’t know his name
Then he said that he will help but
He gave me the face that it’s going to take A while .
I’ve been standing here for over 20 minutes … I left … I’m not going to shop at this horrible place

But when it comes to the customer service its ZERO

i called pharmacy ahead of time ans they told me my prescription was ready. then when i arrives two hours later they sid NOT have my prescription ready. had my name incorre lct and spent 30 more minutes changing my name to the correct name. very unprofessional, not friendly, very slow, unorganized. i will nOT ever use their pharmacy again because of my experience. why would they tell me the prescription is ready and then spend a half hour getting it ready after i arrived and it was aupposed to be ready?

About fives months have passed with the new store manager (and some new managers) and this walmart has turned around. The grocery side still has its days with empty spots on shelves, and a lack of fruit and veggies in produce. I can see these changes as a customer, walking down the grocery action alley I was amazed to see shelves zoned (products brought forward). Clothing department is actually not a hot mess, and in electronics price tags will match the product… They still need to higher more people.
Things to know about this store:
If you decide to head to Walmart after work to pick up a few things, know and remember that many employees leave the same time range as most people, being from 4pm to 6pm. Due to a combination of poor scheduling, people quitting, not enough hires, there will be few registers open. The self check lines will be long, too.
If you need ammo:
And there is absolutely no one within the sports department, they are either at lunch, on a 15, or no one is scheduled for that time. Go to electronics and ask an employee for assistance. They will probably have the only key.
If you need a hunting/​fishing license:
And there is absolutely no employee anywhere within the sports department, chances are «…»
Go to electronics and ask for assistance, and be sure to specify you need a license. If no electronics employee knows how to do this, ask them to call a manager (they SHOULD know).
During holiday season (September to Christmas Eve day) realize there is a high chance you’ll be waiting in line for your pick-​up-​today/​site-​to-​store order, especially when it gets closer to Christmas. Customers are putting things in layaway or picking up online orders in high volume. These are services Walmart provides, however, the establishment has only one terminal, and these services can only be completed on the terminal in layaway and jewelry. With one terminal it’s easy to get backed up. Also, electronics are the only associates that handle that counter, and so are the only ones trained to process online/​layaway orders, along with managers. Unfortunatly, electronics also helps in their department, photo lab, provide customer service in sporting goods, fabric counter, and fufill pick-​up-​today online orders (employee finds items throughout store… basically they do the customer’s shopping for them). Hoping changes occur by holiday 2015.

If I have to go to Walmart, then this is the one I prefer to hit up. Overall it is clean, the bathrooms can be a bit messy sometimes. It is very convenient if i have to get something late at night.

No price on trellis. Asked garden worker. He directed me to certain person in main check out lanes. Found assistant manager. He asked said person. Person did not know price. Assis. Manager told me he could not sell them with no price they would have to be pulled. I came home and looked on Internet. Price is 8.47. Why couldn’t they do that?

A creppy man hanging out in the women’s shoe section tried to try on my shoes, (he wasn’t a part of the staff) I told the manager about it and she handled it very well and professional. I just hate how they have a million lanes and only a few clerks out. Otherwise I’ve had good experiences.

This Walmart is INSANE. There’s never anywhere close to park unless you go late at night, and the crowds get crazy. The employees generally don’t seem to be in a good mood. They only get a second star because it’s really convenient to buy something online and pick it up in-​store. And also the books are in the front of the store instead of the very back… it’s a personal preference but I like that.

I have been standing in line at the «Site-​to-​Store» desk for about 45 minutes while the incompetence of CJ, Scott, Penny, Sierra, and Charles (Assistant Manager) wasted as much of my time as possible. I mean, I’ve already paid so take my number and go get my stuff! The poor woman in front of me saved $ 3 by using the «Site-​to-​Store» option. After realizing that the item (can opener) was in stock at this Walmart, she then concluded that she used her entire lunch break to save $ 3 when she could have just grabbed it iff the shelf and bought it like normal.
Two people in front of me had to leave to go back to work after waiting for their entire lunch break!
The icing on the cake was the moron with the crying kid that was across the room the WHOLE TIME!

Thought this would be a fabulous Wal-​Mart, I was displeased when I experienced otherwise. Switched pharmacies due to lack of customer service. Furthermore, produce is generally not good. On the other hand, the tire & lube has always been helpful.

Haha one of the Unilocalers said it best… how do you rate Wal-​mart? It really is tricky. Anyway, I come here sometimes on my lunch break. It’s convenient. They are usually fully stocked with whatever I need. I get my oil changed here all the time. They are fast and the auto center is very friendly and efficient. It’s just a wham bam thank you ma’am kind of place. I wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t so close to work. I typically am not a fan and get road rage with my shopping cart because of all of the people.

Don’t really like this walmart. Always busy and nobody at registers. Just a nightmare sometimes

I arrived at this Walmart on a sunday evening and it was a packed house. I do my grocery shopping on sunday’s and i think everybody else does also. The walmart was a mad house but i was able to find most everything i was looking for. The lady at the meat department cut my sandwich meat very fast which is somewhat unusual at other walmart’s. The checkout lines were all full but the checker was fast so it didn’t take but about 10 minutes to get through.

This neighborhood Wally World has turned into a disaster of no one cares how your treated.
This is the last time I will ever shop at this Walmart. Words can describe the worst customer service I have received at this location.
I came in to buy some items I needed. As I’m in the check out lane I wait 22 minutes in a line. Why? Because only three lanes are open aside from self check out. It is 11:33 at night. When I get to pay I asked Andrea politely is she could clean off the scanner area because the lady she helped had raw meat and blood was still on the scanner. She gave me the worst look as if I was making her job worse. Mind you, I am sure she was already frustrated form the heat and long lines. She got a tissue and barely made a dent in the stains left behind. After she rang up my food I asked if she could scan my shirt with a hand held scanner. She looked and me and grabbed the shirt from my hand and scratched my finger as she stated, «Let me do my job!» I said, «my intentions were not to upset you. I don’t want this shirt stained.» She proceeded to lay my shirt, the only shirt they had for my Father’s Day gift on the scanner. She throw the shirt in the bag. I asked to speak to a manager. I have never been treated so poorly and felt so uncomfortable in all my shopping experiences. I will never return to this location. The sad thing is no one cares or will ever do anything about it. Sad that this employee had to great me like garbage. I would never do that to anyone. I work in customer service. The only reason this location has one star is because Unilocal would not allow posting without at least one.
I have to imagine this employee has major issues going on at home to treat me this way. I will pray for her.

Welcome all to my very first one-​star review! Here’s why, and a further update to this location.
So I’ve not seen the prior cashier in my last few visits. I’ve only come here when I need to get some quick shopping done, as it is just four minutes from the house, but every time, I regret it and wish I had just gone to the supermarket.
This last time was last night, I went to check out and the cashier was no where in sight! I’m guessing it was the older lady in the back of the store, since someone pointed her out earlier, but I wouldn’t know. I waited around for a cashier for about fifteen minutes, even took the time to read through a magazine.
Now anyone who knows me well knows how much I detest People magazine. I dislike hearing about the Kardashians or the newest celebrity fashion, but with nothing better to do, I picked up the magazine and read through it. The cashier never came.
I wound up just leaving my cart with an employee and walking out without my items, it was getting late and I had no more patience for waiting. Honestly, they need either more cashiers here, or they need to make sure the cashier stays at their post!
People Magazine, the Kardashians? Wal-Mart…The atrocity! As I said before, just avoid this place like the plague and go to the supermarket.
