Absolutely horrendous post exam customer service. Not providing what the numbers on a prescription represent as a matter is policy creates a terrible patient experience. A policy hat seems to aimed at forcing patients to pay top dollar for their glasses. Do not use this practice!

limited selection… plus the staff in the front kept asking me for my eye glass prescription and my vision insurance plan… didn’t care for their attitude at all… they need to learn how to be 200% servile if they want this mom & pop shop to still be around… i will just buy my eye glasses online!

I did not experience anything like the other reviews. Dr. is very patient and has excellent suggestions as my husband’s vision is severely impaired. Even referred us to a Dr. In North Jersey that will cut us a break as we have no insurance. Highly recommended.
