I’ve been coming here for years and over time there has been a decline in the services they provide. They’ve changed staff and I’ve noticed they are quicker to get rid of you if you’re paying for a manicure opposed to dropping $ 100 on other services. Last time I went, I was not greeted nor asked what I wanted. I waited 20 minutes until someone offered me a seat where I waited an additional 10 minutes before the manicurist came over and began my manicure. She rushed and was a bit rude. She then began to rush me out of my seat so they could accommodate other clients who dropped 80+ $ on services. I left feeling disappointed as I have tried to be reasonable and understanding when they’re busy. However, I don’t think that is any reason to treat clients this way especially those that have been coming there for years. Sorry, but I won’t be coming back.

I went to this nail salon a few weeks ago and ever since my nails have been so weak and brittle. Whatever products they use ruin your nails. My girlfriend told me about this salon and she cycles on and off gel nails becuase she complained of her nails getting weak but continues to go here. I have never had a problem until Luxy.

I have been going to Luxy since it opened. The staff is kind and gentle. I can relax watching a movie while getting my nails done. The pedicure is the best ever with hot stones. The manicures can be with or without paraffin, gels, wraps, regular polish. Service is great. My eyebrows never looked this good. I also love the neck massage while my manicure is drying. I highly recommend Luxy for good service and value.
