Chico’s

Not sure why the ladies who work at this Chico’s feel they can treat their «regular customers» with more respect than those who are not as frequent. I’ve been shopping at Chico’s since it opened and have noticed that some of the employees are developing quite an arrogant attitude. Went in today with a return that I had purchased on-​line and one of the «regulars» pushed in front of me and said «do you mind if she helps me first»? I don’t care if you are a Lakeway prima donna! Get some manners and the hired help needs to stop acting like they work at a NYC boutique. You never know who is going to walk in your door and will be taking notes and writing reviews.

Just generally speaking, I love Chicos, but this location– which is way out of the way for me– has to be my favorite one in the Austin area. First of all, it’s huge. Easily twice as big as the Barton location. Secondly, the customer service was superb. The lady who helped us (Stephanie) was so nice and accomodating. She gave my mother and I a big room so we could just try things on together, and checked in frequently to see how sizes and styles worked. She never came back empty handed either! If something was out in a size we needed she offered up an alternative in the store and also offered to place an order for us. I usually shop at the Arboretum location and while they are friendly enough, I have never experienced this level of service at another Chicos. Love them.

Love shopping at this location. Best customer service from any Chico’s location I have visited.
