My husband and I went in to this store at 7:15pm(they close at 8pm, closing time may be different on the weekend) we had waited a good amount of time before we were greeted by Carter the store manager. We were inquiring about getting the sprint hot spot or wireless device added to our account. He was very knowledgeable with all of our questions. I can’t say enough how relived I was that it was closing time and we were still getting great service. Carter even took the time to put on our protective covers on. I highly recommend this store for all of your sprint needs. Ask for Carter for exceptional service.

SCAMSCAM!!! BUYERBEWARE!!! If I could give them NOSTARS I would. Our reception is HORRIBLE in Bee caves and Lakeway TX. I have dropped calls all the time. In one call it dropped 8 times, till my sister had had enough and didn’t call back. I went in to change my old iPhone to a new one I bought online. The man said he could get our bill much lower than it is now. Our bill is 260 a month for 4 iPhones, yes thats cheap but wait. So I said ok. He said our bill would be 171 each month. I left happy. Our bill came in as 480 dollars! I went to tell them and the manager said I switched during mid cycle, I should have known. WHAT? I had to pay and on top 4 activation fees! The kicker was the next month we had to pay 480 again!!! I ran in there crying and didn’t understand… WHY? They took it off and corrected a few things, BUT they made me call Sprint, yes, Sprint! They said they could not do anything and to tell the manager to do something. SO I told her and she was like ok, ill change it. All that going around in circles and she had to call her manager to make sure she had authorization to credit me. Our bill is 260 a month still by the way. DONTDOIT!!! DONT be sucked into their promises of lower bills. Also there is NO service. I have dropped calls constantly and I can’t look up anything on my phone. is soooo slow. BUYERBEWARE, You were warned! Poorly trained staff and apathetic managers. Computer systems were not functioning properly when I went in to add a line. They used manager overrides for all my signatures and review opportunities. They jacked up my account so badly I’m still trying to straighten it out three weeks later. Unfortunately, took longer than 14 days to get a handle on how bad they screwed up and now am up to corporate level trying to straighten things out. Take your business elsewhere. This store sucks.
