The Grove… what can one really say about The Grove…
If you’re looking for a hip happening place this isn’t it. It’s listed as a dive and it really lives up to that name. I think this place is more of a neighborhood bar. It seems like if you aren’t a regular you’re just not going to fit in here. People aren’t very friendly and there are lots of pockets of people who know one another who stick together like small gangs and take up all of the small dance floor space.
The building itself smells like body odor and stale cigarette smoke. This is an okay place to go if you don’t mind dirt, holes in the ceiling, and feeling unwanted.

An average neighborhood bar. But I guess you have to be a neighbor to fully appreciate the joint. The customers and bartender weren’t exactly rude as much as they were just cold. The food was cheap and mediocre at best. The only beer they offer is domestic. Which is fine, I don’t need micro brews to like a joint. However I would like a burger at least as tasty as Hardee’s Sorry this place just won’t make the cut.
