horrible service dept! the service director mike hermelin is letting an unsafe car drive off property with defective air bag refusing to repair it at their cost (manufacturer defect). with all safety issues one would think they’d repair it without question! and the car was bought from this dealership! we won’t be back and neither should you! dangerous dealership! not even worth a «1»

I recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Rogue from Bob Richards Nissan. The Salesman was very courteous and knowledgeable. The problems began after I had the vehicle for almost a month and had already made a payment towards the loan. The issue was that Bob Richards had sold me a vehicle which the title wasn’t cleared. The title was in another state and there was a problem having it transferred. So Bob Richards asked me to bring the vehicle in because I couldn’t drive it since I had no tags. They gave me a crappy loaner car and I had to wait almost a week to get my car back. They should not have sold me a vehicle without having a proper title in hand. I would not recommend buying from this dealer.

Excellent buying experience from Bob Richards Nissan. Johnny Royal and Reuben Wilson were great to work with. They know how to work hard to please the buyer. I love my new Murano!
