Joe quite literally saved us tonight! He came when no one else would to tow my car with a blown out tire. He was quick to arrive, respectful, kind, had very reasonably priced service, and was earnest in his effort to help save us time and money.
We would all highly recommend High South if you need any towing services in the Banner Elk or Boone NC area!

High South Wrecker to the rescue! They did great!
Richard (owner), Jody and Chuck came to our resuce and got our car (and our many passengers) From Beech Mtn (sort of) near Boone, NC to Durham on no notice on a Saterday nigth. We were in a jam w/​a broken car, middle of no where and AAA of NC failed to help and would have left us on the side of the road if they could have helped.
Richard and team found a way to tow the car and get our family safely to Durham. He loaned us (I paid for miles and gas) his wife’s SUV and we followed the tow then the SUV came back on the tow. Wow! They saved the day, I’m grewatful and strongly recommend.
