I used this business to replace my windshield. They canceled and rescheduled my appointment twice. I had to call several times to even get an appointment because they seem to have limited office hours. The windshield seemed fine, but unfortunately they broke one of my wipers. I did not call them for about a week to tell them, due to my busy work schedule & their limited availability. When I did get in touch with them I asked if they would replace it. The guy on the phone denied any wrong doing, said it was not possible that they broke it. He said they break all the time & I could not prove they did it. He actually yelled at me in a very shrill tone. Really? I spent $ 189 with their business and he won’t replace a $ 20 wiper blade? I also paid $ 14 more than the estimate they gave me. I did not complain about this and just wrote the check. What ever happened to customer service? I would not use this business again. I would not recommend them either.
