Wow! Best cell phone store experience ever. Ryan was an awesome rep. Very good service and knowledgable. Exceeded expectations on all levels. I recommend this store!!!

I went to this location to get a new phone. Because I am on a family plan and was not an authorized user I couldn’t do what I wanted to do– buy a new phone and activate it– even though I could prove that I was on the account (which, I believe, is different from what they asked of me when last I was at the official Verizon store). I tried calling my aunt for the code and she gave me the one she could think of. apparently the account couldn’t even be accessed without 2 different codes (I only knew the first) and my uncle was not around to take my call. The salesperson pushed me hard to keep calling him and even suggested that HE call from a different number (thinking maybe my uncle would answer if he DIDN’T recognize the number).
I told him to forget about it and that I’d return later when I knew the code. He pushed me to buy something else before leaving. I felt really uncomfortable with his aggressive approach and decided to not return to this location.
If you have to be subjected to going into a Verizon store, goto the official one down the road– these guys just want your money and apparently have no problem pushing to get it.
