I was very pleased with their service. I had two problems, a laptop(bought used) with Win7 that wouldn’t update from IE8 and a hard drive from a computer fried by a lightning strike that I wanted to recover data from. I dropped off the computers in the morning and both problems were resolved that afternoon for a total charge of about $ 150. Good work at a reasonable price. I hope not to have computer problems in the future, but if I do, I’ll bring them to Computer Renaissance.

This computer shop rips people off. I went in there just to look around and i seen a 500GBATAHD in their glass case. I asked them how much and they said $ 99.99. I said are you crazy. It’s 500GB& it”s not even a SSD. WoW… BECAREFUL shopping in this place.

Computer Renaissance is great. I have been there two times and both times been extremely satisfied. The first time my daughter was having a problem opening a program on her laptop. We dropped it off with them and they resolved the problem and to our surprise they didn’t charge us. The second time our desktop would not turn on after a power outage and our disk drive was cracked(it had been for over a year.) I left it with them and the next day they called to tell me the computer was working, the switch didn’t needed to be replaced just reset internally. I came to pick up the computer and again to my surprise they had replaced the disk drive(with one from an old computer they had, no problem) cleaned the computer internally and just charged me for the diagnostic($ 50.00). In the past I had gone to the big box store by the post office and for service like that it would have taken a week and cost me two to three times as much. The staff at Computer Renaissance are very friendly, polite and helpful. I would recommend and I will be going back when the time comes to update my computer.
